At the Oryol CHPP, planned commissioning began. This is due to increased consumption of heat and electricity. The events started on October 25 and continue today, October 26.
According to RIR Energy, during the launch of power equipment, an increased noise level due to steam discharge is possible. The company stressed that this is a regular technological process that fully controls the operational personnel of the station.
The company apologizes to residents for any inconvenience.
