Orel authorities are actively preparing for winter

The Governor of the Orel region Andrei Klychkov held a traditional live broadcast on the social network Vkontakte. Online streaming took place yesterday, October 12. One of the topics was the preparation for the coming winter.

According to the head of the region, the authorities deal with this issue daily.

“It is very important that heat enters homes and social facilities before the onset of cold weather. Today [12.10.2026 — approx. ed.] in the working order again conducted reconciliation on those houses that we have not yet finalized management companies. There are very few such houses left, but they are still on a pencil. This work must be completed so that we come to the cold with 100 percent readiness, said Andrey Klychkov.
