Orel court ordered the woman to return almost 1 million rubles

The Oryol District Court heard a fraud case. As follows from the materials of the case, the man took a loan of 800 thousand rubles and transferred the money to the card of a woman who was introduced to him by a fraudster under the guise of investing in cryptocurrency and shares. He later realized he was a victim of fraud and went to court.

Servants of Themis admitted that the woman received money without legal grounds and ordered to return 800 thousand rubles with interest. Her arguments about her own victim did not affect the decision of the Oryol court.
