According to the press service of the regional council, the equipment was supplied by the clinic of Avenox-Dent LLC, and delivered by the staff of the MUP Vodokanal. The shipment took place on October 6 at the Orel regional branch of the United Russia party. On the same day, the equipment was transferred to the military field hospital of the Luhansk People’s Republic.
