Orel enterprise will pay more than 760 thousand rubles to the victim in an accident

In the Orel region, the Verkhovsk district court sided with the car owner, whose car was completely destroyed in the accident. The culprit of the accident was recognized as the driver of the company "Eximo", so the lawsuit was filed against the employer.

As told in the press service of the court, the accident occurred on may 7 this year on the highway “Eagle — Tambov”. The plaintiff's car suffered critical damage, after which the car could not be restored.

Autotechnical examination was carried out during the trial. She confirmed the fault of the driver of the company and determined the real amount of damage - it was slightly less than the plaintiff originally asked. The victim agreed with the conclusions of the expert and adjusted the amount of the claim.

As a result, the court fully satisfied the updated requirements and recovered 693 thousand rubles from the employer company - as compensation for material damage, as well as more than 70 thousand rubles - to cover court costs, including the cost of assessing damage, lawyer services and state duty.
