From the installation of the bench to the solution of HSPK issues: Artem Tsuran held a reception of citizens in the Odoevsky district

Chairman of the Minsk City Council of Deputies Artem Tsuran held a personal reception of citizens in the Odoevsky district on October 5. The focus was on both domestic problems requiring surgical intervention and complex legal issues related to the management of the housing stock, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti news agency reports.

One of the first to address the supervisor was the applicant with a disability. The woman voiced the sore problem of the tenants of the house: the bench near the entrance has no back.

- It is very difficult to sit elderly people, who live in the house a lot, she said.

Directly during the reception, A. Tsuran contacted the leadership of the housing and communal services of the district, and the issue was quickly resolved: in the near future a comfortable bench with a back will appear at the entrance.

An active discussion was caused by the appeal of residents of the district regarding the activities of HSPK. Women were concerned about the timing of the liquidation of the cooperative and the further fate of the money contributed as contributions. A. Tsuran explained the procedure in detail, answering all the questions, which, according to the applicants, they were completely satisfied with.

Another initiative group of residents of the district was interested in the fate of funds received from the lease of non-residential premises and common property in a residential building.

- Where can this money be directed? Can they be used for ongoing repairs? asked citizens.

Following the discussion, A. Tsuran decided to send official requests to the relevant services for detailed explanations on this issue.

In addition, during the reception, an appeal was received from a resident of the capital, who was interested in the procedure for registering a garage in a garage massif. Given the complexity and specificity of the issue, Tsuran took it under personal control for detailed study.

As the Chairman of the Minsk City Council noted, working with citizens’ appeals is the most important feedback tool that allows not only to help people, but also to identify systemic problems that require solving at the city level.
