In Monchegorsk found dangerous areas for pedestrians and drivers after the appeal of a local resident. Among the violations are an open well without a hatch, the absence of a sidewalk at a pedestrian crossing and deep pits on the driveway. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Murmansk region.
During the inspection, it turned out that the pedestrian crossing near the Fersman Street stop is not connected to the sidewalk. After the transition, people are forced to go to the dirt area.
Another danger was found near the house No. 5 on Fersman Street and the Polaris center. There is an open observation well without a hatch, located in the area of pedestrians and transport. Nearby there is a support of power lines, on which there is no street lamp.
Problems were revealed on the passage along houses No. 3 and 5A along Fersman Street. There is no solid asphalt pavement on the site, and the road is rugged with deep erosions and ruts filled with rainwater.
The Prosecutor’s office made a submission to the administration of Monchegorsk with the requirement to eliminate violations. Correction of the situation remains under the supervision of the supervisory authority.
Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” also reported that “Zhilkomkhoz” warned for violations in samples of drinking water in Alexandrovsk.
