Heating season in Penza moved to mid-October

The heating season in Penza starts later than planned. The mayor of the city Oleg Denisov said in his channel that the heat will begin to serve on October 14. This decision was made based on the weather forecast.

The connection will take place in two stages. Schools, kindergartens and other socially significant institutions will be the first to receive warmth. After that, within ten days, the heating system is planned to be filled in residential buildings.
