Passenger turnover in Belarus increased by 7.6% in eight months

Passenger turnover of transport in Belarus in January-August 2026 amounted to 19,262.4 million passenger-kilometers, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

This is 7.6% more than in the same period of 2025.

For eight months, passenger transport services in the country were used by 1,087.3 million people, or 99.99% by January-August 2025.

Cargo turnover of transport during the reporting period reached 48,583.5 million tonne-kilometers, which is 2.7% more than in the same period of 2025.
