Pavel Malkov: The social contract helps the Ryazan to start their business
Since the beginning of 2026, residents of the Ryazan region have signed more than 1,700 social contracts

Since the beginning of 2026, residents of the Ryazan region have signed more than 1,700 social contracts. About this in his channel in the messenger “Max” wrote Governor Pavel Malkov.
He noted that behind this figure are the stories of Ryazan people who managed to bring their ideas to life.
In particular, the Volodin family from the Mikhailovsky district was able to purchase greenhouses, a motoblock, a cultivator and heaters for crop production using social contract funds. Now they sell hand-grown vegetables at weekend fairs.
A resident of Shilov, Alexei Gushchin, raising three children with his wife, purchased tools and equipment for electrical work and is currently developing his business.
Mary Mgeryan from Klepikovo district used to bake cakes for the family, and now takes orders from customers. After the conclusion of the social contract, she started her own blog, and orders became even more.
“Social contract – helping people with low incomes.” It allows you to find a job, open your own business or develop auxiliary farming, said Pavel Malkov.
You can apply for the conclusion of a social contract through “Public Services”, in the MFC or the social protection department.
