Serpukhov’s teachers passed regional advanced training courses “Pre-school: kindergarten standard”
Teachers of the Lipitsk school of preschool departments “Kolosok” and “Bell” became participants in the regional refresher courses “Pre-school: the standard of kindergarten”. The training was held on the basis of ANOO “E. M. Primakov Regional Gymnasium” and was organized for educators and methodologists of the Moscow region. The event was an important stage of professional improvement of teachers.
The training program was aimed at the development of professional competencies and acquaintance with the best practices of organizing the modern educational environment. During the practice-oriented seminar, teachers discussed topical approaches to the cognitive development of preschoolers and effective methods of studying the surrounding world.
Two key areas were of particular interest to the participants.
Kaye's gaming systems. Teachers got acquainted with a unique multifunctional material that combines the qualities of a designer, a training manual and an “antipazle”. This system allows flexible integration of game mechanics into the educational process, stimulating creative activity and logical thinking of children.
Mathematical development according to the system of L. G. Peterson “Learning to learn”. The participants of the courses analyzed in detail the features of the implementation of this continuous educational system aimed at forming a stable interest in mathematics among preschoolers and developing skills for independent search for solutions.
