Pensions in the Rostov region for November will be issued early because of the holiday

Residents of the Rostov region will receive November pensions ahead of the usual schedule. The change is due to the Day of National Unity, which is celebrated on November 4, 2026.

Pensioners, who usually receive payments on November 4, will receive them on November 3. This applies to all types of pensions: insurance, social, funded, as well as old-age and disability pensions. If other payments from the Social Fund are transferred along with the pension, they will also be credited ahead of schedule.

From November 5, the delivery of pensions through banks will resume according to the standard schedule. Post offices will begin delivering pensions from November 3, and some pensioners can receive payments for November 4 as early as November 1. Delivery of pensions by post will last until November 25.

Recall that from 2027 in the Rostov region and throughout Russia will change the procedure for indexation of insurance pensions: payments will increase twice a year. From February 1, the indexation of actual inflation for 2026 is expected, and from April 1 - an increase in the insurance part of the pension, taking into account the growth of the wage fund.
