In one of the supermarkets of Yekaterinburg, a pensioner asked for alms from customers. The cashier made a remark to him and they went outside. There's a shopkeeper pushing a man. He fell on the asphalt and hit his hip hard. As a result, the pensioner was taken to the hospital and underwent surgery. Now he can't move without someone's help.
The court ruled that if a store employee caused harm to health, his employer should pay. The judge took into account the man's age, illness, treatment and surgery and the fact that he can no longer do without help. Compensation for moral damage was set at 600 thousand rubles, as well as another 6 thousand for special vehicles after discharge.
The documents were sent to St. Petersburg at the address of the company. The bailiffs warned the organization, but it was in no hurry to pay. The money was transferred only after the company's accounts were seized.
