Pensioners called the certificate, which will increase the pension by 4000 rubles from November
Expert Anastasia Kireeva explained how to confirm the “fallen” experience of the 90s and to achieve recalculation of payments, if the usual record in the workbook was not enough.

Many pensioners in Russia lose money because of the “lost” years of seniority, especially in the unstable 90s. Back then, due to mass reorganizations and closures of enterprises, archival data was often lost, and these periods simply did not fall into the final calculation of payments. However, the situation can be corrected by getting an increase of up to 4000 rubles per month.
According to pension expert Anastasia Kireeva, one entry in the workbook is sometimes not enough. For the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) to take into account the missing years, it is necessary to provide strong evidence. The ideal option is an official archival certificate about the period of work or the amount of salary. If the enterprise was liquidated without the transfer of documents, the testimony of former colleagues or a court decision come to the aid, which the foundation is obliged to fulfill without question.
Deadline - end of October
In order for the recalculation to be made promptly and the increased pension came in November, all supporting documents must be submitted to the SFR offices or through the State Services portal before the end of this month.
What to do right now:
1. Order an extract from the individual personal account on public services and compare the periods indicated there with the real work biography.
2. If you find gaps, start looking for old employment orders, employment contracts, or archival statements.
3. If the fund refuses, do not give up: judicial practice shows that with a competent approach, the experience is successfully restored, and the pension is recalculated taking into account all lost years.
Do not miss a legitimate chance to increase income: one visit to the archives or the court can pay off in thousands of rubles.
