Penza residents called the marginal cost of paid services “Mail of Russia” and MFC

For receiving applications for public services and delivery of ready-made documents through the “Mail of Russia” and the MFC will take money. Maximum - 5 thousand rubles. This follows from the draft government decree.

These are two paid services. The first is to accept an application from a person for a state or municipal service and transfer it where necessary. The second is to bring the finished document to the applicant or to the post office chosen by him.

You cannot charge more than 5,000 per service. And the money earned will go to the salaries of employees of the post office and MFC, for the purchase of goods and services and other needs of organizations.
