Criminal investigation officers conducted operational measures and came to the suspect. He was a previously convicted local resident of 44 years. The man confessed to what he had done and explained that he used to live in the area, so he knew the layout and contents of the houses well. Driving past, he decided to rob the dacha. The extraction was a gasoline trimmer, an Afghan Kazan, a set of skewers, a women's fan and other property. Part of the abducted was seized, the rest of the suspect managed to sell.
On this fact, a criminal case was opened under paragraph "b" of part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of Russia. The sanction of the article provides for a punishment of imprisonment for up to 5 years.
