In the Kuznetsk police department, a resident of Penza was born in 1975. The man said that he found on the Internet an ad for the sale of wooden and metal households. He clicked on the link in the ad and saw the number for contact. The applicant called the seller and agreed to purchase and deliver the goods.
Later, the Penza e-mail received a message with a document on the contract of sale. The purchase price was 146 thousand rubles. The buyer, unaware that he was dealing with fraudsters, transferred 75,000 rubles to a bank account that the seller indicated. After a while, the man was worried: the goods never came. He tried to contact the seller again, but he stopped responding. Then the applicant realized that he had been deceived and went to the police.
On this fact opened a criminal case under part 3 of article 159 of the Criminal code of Russia. The sanction of the article provides for a penalty of imprisonment for up to 6 years.
Police officers are taking measures to identify the person involved in the crime.
