In the Penza region, a special assessment of working conditions, preliminary and periodic medical examinations, labor protection training are carried out on an ongoing basis, and employees are provided with workwear and personal protective equipment. In 2026, more than 400 million rubles were allocated for these purposes, most of them at the expense of employers.
47,165 managers and specialists of organizations of the region were trained and tested on labor protection on the basis of 30 educational and methodical centers.
A special assessment of working conditions was conducted in 1,012 organizations of the region, covering 22,664 jobs. This method helps to reduce occupational injuries: by the end of 2025, the indicator in the Penza region was the lowest among the regions of the Volga Federal District.
