Penza student spends a friend’s money from her card for a year

Confidence turned into a 22-year-old resident of Kuznetsk the loss of a large sum. The girl went to the police, finding that her account was missing 180 thousand rubles.

The police quickly figured out who had a hand in the disappearance of the money. The suspect was an 18-year-old friend of the victim. She did not deny it and confessed everything.

As it turned out, before the girls lived together in a rented apartment. One day, a guest asked a friend for a card to do her shopping. The hostess without a second thought gave the plastic and even dictated the pin code.

Time passed and the victim forgot about his map. But her friend decided to take advantage of it. For a whole year, she slowly spent other people’s savings on her own needs.

Now a criminal case has been initiated against the girl under paragraph "d" of part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. For theft from a bank account, she faces up to six years in prison.
