Penza police discovered the forgery of the certificate in Russian

Employees of the police department No. 1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Penza opened a criminal case under part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of Russia against a foreign citizen born in 2001.

As it was established, a 25-year-old native of one of the countries of the near abroad came to the police department for migration issues to get a state service for registration and issuance of a patent. The police questioned the authenticity of the personal certificate of proficiency in Russian, which he presented. The examination showed that the document has signs of forgery. The young man confessed: he ordered a fake form on the Internet through one of the messengers, and then took it to the post office.

The sanction of this article provides for a penalty of imprisonment for up to 1 year.
