Penza students took part in the intellectual battle "Life without addictions"

An educational event for students of the Penza College of Information and Industrial Technologies was held in Penza. Specialists of the Youth Center "Youth" organized an intellectual battle called "Life without addictions".

Participants were told about the mechanisms of addiction and their detrimental effects on health, both physical and mental. Particular attention was paid to the prevention of addictive behavior and methods of overcoming it.

During the practical part, students took part in a thematic quiz consisting of three rounds: "Blitz survey", "Encrypted phraseological units" and "Truth or myth?". This allowed them not only to consolidate their knowledge about the dangers of bad habits, but also to discuss specific protection strategies and sources of support in a life without addictions.
