Penza volunteers received awards #We Together

The Youth House hosted the award ceremony for the winners of the regional stage of the international award #WORK.

The event brought together leaders and volunteers of public organizations, as well as representatives of volunteer associations of the Penza region, which implement socially significant initiatives.

The participants were addressed by Acting Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Penza region Artem Nikolaev. He stressed that volunteering is not just a trend, but a moral core of society. Behind each project are hundreds of hours of work, a sincere desire to help and the ability to unite people. Nikolaev thanked the participants for their initiative and an example for other residents of the region. He expressed confidence that the ceremony will not only be a pleasant recognition of merit, but also a powerful incentive for the development of initiatives.

The #MIVESTE Award is a unique platform that unites caring people from all over the country who are ready to contribute to the development of society. This year, 121 applications were submitted for the regional stage. The expert commission selected 14 winners, one of whom will continue to fight in the final.

In the final in the category “NGOs and projects” (nomination “Country of opportunities”) came the project “Following the trail of forgotten estates”, presented by ANO “Artefact”.

Now the organization participates in the popular vote of the award #USE.
