Carrier from Rybinsk by court decision will pay a million rubles

The money will be paid to a woman who fell off a bus two years ago. The woman did not just fall - the bus dragged her several meters, stopping only after a woman on the carriageway saw a conductor in the side mirror.

The injuries of the victim were very serious. From Rybinsk, she was transported to the regional center, where she underwent spinal surgery at the Solovyov hospital. Until now, the woman is chained to bed, needs round-the-clock care.

The Rybinsk City Court decided to pay PATP-8 LLC compensation in the amount of one million rubles. In the regional court, the motor transport company managed to appeal this decision, arguing its position by the fact that the injury was received when falling from a height of its own height and is not related to the actions of the driver.

Nevertheless, having assessed all the evidence presented, the judicial panel found no grounds for changing the decision and reducing the amount of compensation for moral damage.
