According to the expert, autumn blues are associated with seasonal changes in mood, while depression can last much longer. Changes in a person's behavior are often the first to notice his relatives.
Among the alarming signs are constant lethargy, depressed mood, apathy and loss of interest in activities that used to bring pleasure. Also, a person may change eating habits: he begins to refuse food or, conversely, eat more than usual.
When such symptoms appear, you should consult a doctor.
