From Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Leningrad and Samara regions received more than 1,400 complaints about the failure of taxi services on October 9. This is reported by 360.ru.

Users report that they can not call the car, enter the address, and complain about a broken GPS system to transmit coordinates to a potential driver.

The largest number of dissatisfied with the failure is from St. Petersburg. The second and third places were shared by Moscow and the Moscow region.
