More than half of the calls – 51% – are related to the breakdown of home Wi-Fi. Subscribers have been complaining about problems with the home Internet for several days. Since October 8, St. Petersburg residents have also reported failures in Yandex services.
Problems affected other resources: users could not download the sites of some media and game servers. There were also disruptions in electronic reporting and document management systems.
