He said that for a long time he could not achieve the installation of a ramp near his house in Shushary. This is reported by the press service of the SC.
St. Petersburg reported a violation of his rights: for several years the man lives in an apartment building in Shushary. He's walking in a wheelchair. At the same time, there is no ramp in the entrance, as well as a convenient elevator that could carry a St. Petersburger. A veteran of combat operations cannot leave the apartment on his own.
Many times the man appealed to the competent authorities, but these statements did not bring results. Now the SSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia in St. Petersburg will organize a procedural audit, acting head of the St. Petersburg Sledkom Viktor Kozlov will present Alexander Bastrykin a report on the results of this inspection.
