The plaintiff says he was misled into buying it. She was not informed that the contract with the site was not concluded. Nor was she told that the sale of tickets was under unfulfilled suspension conditions. The ticket was not returned without trial.
The girl asks to recover from the defendants jointly 18 700 rubles. It also requires a penalty, a fine and expenses in the amount of 913.66 rubles.
