The Committee demanded to comply with the requirements of the legislation on the preservation of objects of cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation in relation to the cottage of Konstantin Kalmykov in Peterhof, located in Lomonosov Lane, 8/20. In addition, the terms of the security obligation must be followed.
Konstantin Kalmykov in the 19th century was a district serviceman in Peterhof and the head of the district police. In 1865 he built a stone house and a wing, laid out a garden. In the summer of 1878, during the Russo-Turkish War, he turned the cottage into an infirmary for the wounded, inviting Nikolai Sklifosovsky to supervise them.
The head of the administration of the Petrodvortsov district is Alexander Yakushev. Also in the arbitration court, the municipality acts as a defendant in 17 cases worth 43 million rubles.
