Pilot project on training and employment of the population is implemented in three districts of the Tver region

In Vyshnevolotsky, Kimr and Rzhevsky districts, a new project is being implemented to train all those who wish for popular specialties in colleges, the press service of the government of the Tver region told.

Citizens who are looking for a job or want to change their specialty can master one of the six professions in demand in the market in colleges, and then they will be employed in a company and enterprise in their home districts.

The main advantage of the project, the press service of the regional government noted, is that the project participants study on the basis of local colleges, that is, they do not have to move or spend a lot of time on the road, and the programs are selected taking into account the requests of employers, and future personnel master those specialties that are in demand in their district, which means that employment at the end of the course will be guaranteed.

To participate in the pilot project, residents of the districts where this project is being implemented need to pass a survey to form training groups in colleges. The project offers a choice of the following areas: cook, confectioner, seamstress, car service master, turner, car driver.
