Why after the start of the heating season in Penza, the heat does not come to everyone

Warmth in apartments does not come in one second. Some radiators get hot almost immediately, while others have to wait a few days. Let’s try to figure out where the difference is.

It all starts with the decision of the local authorities. The heating season is declared when the average daily air temperature is kept at +8 ° C and below five consecutive days. Then the heat supply organization is taken up - it connects the houses. And the management company launches an intra-home system.

Why does the warming go unevenly? The system is launched not at once, but in stages: it is filled with a coolant and heated gradually so that hydraulic shocks do not happen and the pipes do not fail. In addition, heat can later reach apartments on the upper or lower floors - it depends on the "direction of bottling", from distant risers and from air traffic jams in radiators.

What to do if the batteries are cold? First, you should wait a couple of days - usually during this time the system goes into operation. Then check in the house chat, whether there is heat in the neighbors and in which apartments it is not yet. If the battery is still cold, check if there is an air traffic jam. To release air from the radiator can be a specialist OO, and if there is a Maevsky crane on the device - you can cope yourself. Finally, submit an application to the UO through “Public Services House” in the “Applications” section, attach a photo or video with an explanation. When several neighbors do not have heat, check the box "Collective application".

It is important to remember: in living rooms, the temperature should not fall below +18 ° C, and in angular rooms - below +20 ° C. In some regions of the country, these values should be 2 degrees higher.
