November 2026 will please two categories of Russians with pleasant financial news. We are talking about pensioners-jubilees and families with children. The Social Fund of Russia (SFR) has already approved recalculation rules and adjusted payment schedules.

Who and how much more?

The main bonus of the month awaits those who turned 80 in October. From this age, the fixed payment to the old-age insurance pension is automatically doubled. This year, this amount is 19,169.38 rubles. If an elderly person officially issues an allowance for caring for him, another 1,413.86 rubles will be added to the payment.

Thus, the fixed part will grow to 20 583.24 rubles, and the total monthly increase can reach almost 11,000 rubles! It is important to understand: recalculation occurs automatically on the basis of SFR data, you do not need to go to the authorities and collect information. This rule does not apply only to those who already receive an increased payment due to the established disability of group I.

When are the child benefits coming?

Families with children will receive money under the changed schedule due to the celebration of National Unity Day on November 4:

• november 3: will receive uniform benefits for pregnant women and children under 17 years, payments to non-working parents to care for a child under 1.5 years, as well as benefits for children of conscripts.

• november 5: will come monthly payments from the maternity capital for children under 3 years.

• november 6: the money will receive working parents who have issued a child care allowance under 1.5 years (date postponed from sunday, november 8).
