Under the control of bailiffs, the roadbouge dacha brought the land plot into proper form

In the Dorogobuzhsky district, bailiffs ordered the owner of the land plot to put his territory in order. Earlier, the owners of neighboring plots complained about the neglected land, which was not cultivated and mowed, which created obstacles for the passage of summer residents to their possessions.

According to the court decision, the hostess was obliged to mow the tall grass and further maintain its height at no more than fifteen centimeters. In this regard, the Dorogobuzhsky district branch of bailiffs of the FSSP of Russia in the Smolensk region initiated enforcement proceedings. However, initially, the debtor continued to ignore the requirements.

The situation changed only after the officer of the enforcement authority explained to the woman possible sanctions, including administrative liability and the charge of the execution fee. Realizing the seriousness of the consequences, the owner brought his land in proper condition. As a result, the court decision was executed, and the enforcement proceedings were completed.
