Fake rights put tractor driver in jail

The 43-year-old Magadan received a five-month suspended sentence for using a fake tractor driver's license. The man presented a document during employment for the position of a forklift driver, according to the regional prosecutor's office in MAX.

As established by the court, in March 2026 Magadan acquired a fake license driver-tractor. With this document, he got a job.

On the same day, the man sat behind the wheel of specialized self-propelled vehicles. On Proletarskaya Street in Magadan, he was stopped by a traffic police inspector. When checking documents, an employee of the State Traffic Inspectorate found signs of forgery of the certificate.

The illegal actions of the man were suppressed. The court gave him five months of probation. The probationary period was one year. The sentence has not yet entered into force.
