Fake contract: Andrey Razin again looking for the interior Ministry
Producer of the musical group “Affectionate May” Andrey Razin is again wanted under a criminal article

Producer of the musical group “Affectionate May” Andrey Razin was again declared wanted under a criminal article. The corresponding entry appeared in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. We are talking about the investigation of fraud on an especially large scale associated with royalties for the songs of the band.
A criminal case against Razin was initiated in November 2025 under part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. According to investigators, the producer used the contract with the songwriter of “Affectionate May” Sergey Kuznetsov, which investigators believe is fake, to receive payments for musical works. The victim was recognized as the widow of the composer.
In December 2025, the Tagansky court of Moscow arrested Razin in absentia. After that, the producer was put on the international wanted list.
According to the materials of the case, the claims of the investigation are related to the contract of 1992, according to which Razin claimed to transfer the rights to 27 songs of the group to him. The handwriting examination conducted in 2016 recognized the document as fake. A re-examination carried out in 2020 confirmed the findings of falsification and described how similar documents could be produced for use in litigation.
As part of the dispute, the court declared the contract invalid and confirmed the authenticity of the agreement between Kuznetsov and Yuri Shatunov. In August 2024, the rights to 23 songs were also confirmed by Shatunov’s widow and children.
In May 2026, the Krasnodar Regional Court pointed out that Razin was not the author of the songs of “Tender May”.
After initiating a criminal case, the producer sold the property and flew to the United States. Now the information about his search is again entered in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
