Contractor from the Ulyanovsk region entered in the register of unfair suppliers

The survey of two unfinished construction projects in the villages of Bugrino and Haruta with the development of project documentation for the reconstruction of facilities for residential premises was disrupted by the fault of an unscrupulous contractor. This was reported by the customer of the works - MKU ZR "Northern".

Recall that at the end of August 2025, according to the results of bidding, two municipal contracts were concluded with Stroysystem LLC (Ulyanovsk region). The organization was to survey the unfinished facilities in Haruta and Bugrino and develop projects for the reconstruction of these facilities for residential buildings. The deadline for the work is until July 1 and September 7, 2026, respectively.

The contractor defaulted. Unilaterally, MKU ZR "North" terminated both contracts. By the decision of the Nenets FAS of Russia, the contractor was included in the register of unfair suppliers of goods and services.

MKU ZR "Severnoe" recovered under a bank guarantee from the contractor under an unfulfilled contract for the facility in Harut almost 80.5 thousand rubles of penalties and penalties.

Currently, the institution is working on withholding fines and fines under the second contract with Stroysystem LLC.

The administration of the Polar region still intends to reconstruct unfinished construction projects in the villages of Haruta and Bugrino for residential premises. MKU ZR "North" is preparing for new bidding to determine the contractor.
