Contractor of restoration of Izmailovsky warehouses was involved in 7 cases for 15 million

The contractor with whom the Buff Theater terminated the contract for the restoration of Izmailovsky warehouses, according to Kontur.Focus, is now a defendant in seven arbitration cases worth more than 15 million rubles.

“Business Petersburg” reported that the contract with “Architectural and Restoration Workshop No. 1” for 223.7 million rubles was concluded in June. The contractor had to restore the complex of four buildings to the base for the production of scenery. The work was planned to be completed by the autumn of 2028. However, at the end of September, the contract was terminated by agreement of the parties. In early October, the contract for technical supervision for 2.5 million rubles with Anfilada LLC was terminated. The cause is unknown.

According to Kontur.Focus, ARM No. 1 currently has 7 arbitration cases totaling about 15 million rubles. The company was registered in 2018, the CEO and sole founder is Alexander Kuleshov. In 2025, revenue amounted to 154.3 million rubles, net profit - 18.9 million.
