The first Murmansk sports infrastructure received a warning from the Ministry of Urban Development and Improvement of the Murmansk region

The first Murmansk sports infrastructure received a warning from the Ministry of Urban Development and Improvement of the Murmansk region. This follows from the information on the website of the Prosecutor General.
We are talking about the construction site FOC closed type in the area of the house 13 on Starostin street. The fencing of the site is damaged.
According to the project, there should be a fence made of a profile sheet on wooden racks 2.5 meters high with a protective visor along pedestrian sidewalks on Starostin Street and Communication Avenue. Rules of improvement of Murmansk require to keep the fence of the construction site in good condition for the entire period of construction.
In addition, according to the Town Planning Code, the developer must mothball the object if the work is stopped for more than six months.
The Ministry suggested that the company bring the site and its fencing in accordance with the project and the rules of improvement, as well as ensure the conservation of the facility.
Recall that the contractor who was supposed to build the FOK on Starostin did not cope with the task. But the object in the vacant place is still planned to create. This was told at a press conference by the Minister of Construction of the region Alexandra Karpova.
According to her, there are no specific plans for construction yet. First, you need to return the land plot, which according to the documents is still at the concessionaire. But plans to place a sports facility there are not abandoned.
Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” reported that Murmansk construction company was fined for dangerous work on the roof.
