The investigation found that the 25-year-old head of the amusement park, responsible for compliance with the requirements of safety and labor protection, independently admitted to work 18-year-old candidate for employment. At the same time, no employment or civil law contract was concluded with the young person. A preventive measure was applied against the accused in the form of a subscription not to leave and proper behavior.

The investigator made a proposal to the higher organization to eliminate violations of the law, the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of the crime.
