Roszdravnadzor revealed violations in the city polyclinic No39. The institution untimely entered data on the influenza vaccine into the monitoring system, and also did not reflect the movement of the drug to the branch. This became known from the data of the Prosecutor General.
The test was carried out after the patients’ requests. People complained that from 8 to 16 September 2026 in the clinic was not flu vaccine and get vaccinated was impossible.
It turned out that on September 2, the institution received 430 doses of the flu-M vaccine. According to the rules, data on acceptance must be entered into the monitoring system within one working day. However, the clinic confirmed acceptance only on September 4. In addition, information about the transfer of 230 doses to the branch on Furstatskaya Street did not get into the system at all.
The log also showed that 6 doses of the vaccine were given to the vaccination room on September 2 - before admission was confirmed in the system. And data on the withdrawal of the drug from circulation was made simultaneously on September 15, although vaccination was carried out from September 2 to 16. It's a deadline violation.
Roszdravnadzor noted that such actions violate licensing requirements. Now the clinic may face administrative responsibility.
City Polyclinic No. 39 has been operating in St. Petersburg since 1998. The head doctor is Olga Genzik, she has been managing the institution since 2022. According to Kontur.Focus, the institution has 7 arbitration cases worth more than 4.3 million rubles.
