Trade is conducted daily, and the Minsk citizen is concerned that this will provoke a deterioration in the appearance of the adjacent territory, the lawn.

- We keep this situation under special control. All trade entities selling products at fairs are informed about the need to keep the territory in proper sanitary condition: places should be removed from garbage, boxes and pallets. Also, you should avoid entering the green zone, said S. Rubanov. If such facts are identified, we oblige sellers to restore the territory and maintain it in order.

By the way, there are 14 fairs in the Moscow district. One of them is on the street. Me. Bags. There are more than 120 trading pavilions. The rest work daily with the participation of 10-15 trade entities.

- And these are not just randomly exhibited sites, they are numbered and appropriately marked, in addition, we recommend trade participants to adhere to a single style in the design of places of sale of products. Each trade entity has payment terminals, Rubanov said.

In the apartment on the street. Ostrozhskih there was a domestic flood. Its owner appealed to a direct line with a request that the municipal services of the district calculate the estimate for repair and construction work for the subsequent compensation of damage by the culprit of the flooding.

Also, specialists can calculate the estimate and provide it to the tenant, so that in the future they can use it in resolving conflict issues with neighbors, Rubanov said.

Another appeal concerned an underground passage located near the metro station “Institute of Culture”. A citizen who called a direct line noticed that the doors of one of the exits of the transition (near the House of Life) function incorrectly - the closer is broken. Also, when opened, the door cloth rests on the ledge of the tactile tiles and does not close back. A. Rubanov contacted the leadership of the Minsk metro for prompt elimination of the defect.

One of the calls was about heating. A Minsk woman called, complained about the cold batteries in the apartment. Emergency service specialists will go to the specified address to analyze the situation. S. Rubanov noted: the heating system is in heating mode. It is recommended to assess the efficiency of its work not by how hot the batteries are, but by the air temperature in the room.

- In the Moscow district, heat was launched in absolutely all residential buildings and social facilities. The system of automatic heating regulation is working, Rubanov said.
