After the intervention of the Prosecutor’s office in Novotroitsky eliminated violations in the maintenance of apartment buildings

Novotroitsk interdistrict prosecutor's office of the Kherson region conducted an inspection on the appeals of residents of apartment buildings in the village of Novotroitsk, accepted at the personal reception of the regional prosecutor. The audit concerned the activities of operating organizations.

During the proceedings, it was established that water accumulates in the basements of residential buildings. The reason was the malfunction of the sewer system, which is in a state of critical wear: the pipes are outdated, the sealing of the joints is broken, which leads to leaks and flooding of basements. In addition, in the yards of the sewer hatches were not closed with lids. For a long time, management companies did not take measures to eliminate problems on the roof.

The prosecutor’s office made submissions to the “United Regional Fund for the Management of Apartment Buildings in the Kherson Region” and the State Unitary Enterprise of the Kherson Region “Oblvodokanal”. The submissions were considered and satisfied - the authorized organizations carried out work to eliminate the noted shortcomings and repair apartment buildings.
