Before the conclusion of the contract, dry cleaning is obliged to provide the customer with reliable information about the services in a visual and accessible form. In particular, the consumer should be informed of the list of services provided, conditions and terms of their implementation, work standards, as well as about the available benefits. In addition, samples of contracts should be available to the client.
The dry cleaning contract is made in writing. It necessarily indicates information about the contractor: for the organization - name, address and TIN, for an individual entrepreneur - name and data on state registration. Also, the document records the type of service and its cost, the date of acceptance and execution of the order, information about payment or advance payment.
If upon receipt of the item the customer finds damage, stains, color change or other defects, he has the right to demand:
If dry cleaning has not eliminated the defects within the period established by the contract, the consumer may refuse to perform the contract and claim full compensation for losses.
