Chairman of Krichev District Executive Committee Alexey Sharai stressed:

- Today, the keys to new apartments are given to young professionals who arrived at their first job this year. Even at the stage when we invited them, some wanted to stay with us for more than two years. Some have contracted for five years without getting the keys yet. But they knew they would be provided with housing. We want young and in-demand specialists to stay with us for a long time, and rental housing in new buildings is one of the ways to fix them on the ground. Among those who will settle in a new house, representatives of professions in demand for us. Including doctors. Last year we opened a modern clinic. The specialists who came to us will work on new equipment, provide timely and high-quality medical care to our citizens. The health of our people is important to us. The district needs highly qualified specialists, because there are plans to create new industries and new jobs. We try to do everything to make the area grow and develop.

24-year-old pediatrician of Krichev Central District Hospital Daria Belskaya is looking forward to the housewarming:

I was born from Cherikiv, I arrived in Krichev on distribution after graduating from Grodno State Medical University. In August of this year it started working. When we first arrived, we, young specialists, talked with the chairman of the district executive committee, who assured us that housewarming was not far off. I am so happy that it happened so soon! Before that, I shared square meters with a young colleague - we rented an apartment for two. Now I'm gonna have my own one.

Daria will live in an apartment on the first floor. The housewarming is planning to repair soon. He says the most necessary things to move in are: a bed, a refrigerator, a washing machine.

- For rental “squares” I will pay, taking into account the reducing coefficient for young professionals, the doctor rejoices. This is a huge help to me!

Daria plans to invite colleagues and parents who are sincerely happy for her.

According to the girl, the housing issue is really important for fixing on the periphery of young people. She, as a target, will definitely work in the hospital for five years. But it might stay longer. He knows that the state gives young specialists the right to privatize rental housing after 10 years of working out. Again, according to the girl, the roof over her head is a great reason to think about the future, about creating your own family.

The sound operator of the Krichevsky district center of culture Ekaterina Kostenkova already has a family: her husband Yuri works as a worker in the checkpoint "Communalnik", they grow up two children: ten-year-old Vladislav and seven-year-old Ulyana.

- According to the distribution after the Mogilev College of Arts, I worked in a club in the agro-town of Zapolye, Klichevsky district. But - pulled to a small homeland. The first six years with her husband lived with his parents in the village of Diagovichi. When the children were born and went to kindergarten, I went to work. Moving for 20 kilometers every day from the village to Krichev is inconvenient, and expensive. They rented a two-bedroom apartment in the district center, for which they paid 220 rubles a month, excluding communal housing. For a young family, this is a significant expense item, so getting a new rental apartment for us was a real gift of fate, rejoices 32-year-old Ekaterina. For rent, two-room, with an area of more than 50 squares, we will pay much less.

The apartment is cozy, bright, modern finish: laminate, stretch ceilings, a gas stove, bathroom, sink and washbasin, interior doors are installed. The family plans to move in in November. All the furniture is: beds, chairs, tables.

- In general, it is only necessary to invest in a new kitchen. I will make it for myself, because I like to cook, bake different goodies, says Ekaterina Kostenkova with a smile. It is nice to live in a micro-district with developed infrastructure. Nearby - shops, a stop, a sports ground, a school. Our children still go to school No. 3, but in the next academic year I plan to transfer them to school No. 8, which is within walking distance from home.

Ekaterina and Yuri Kostenkov emphasize that own housing is a solid foundation that gives a basic sense of stability and confidence in the future, which is so important for family expansion. They are already thinking about a third child:

- In our country, everything is being done to support young professionals and families, and we feel this for ourselves.

The house, in which young Krichev residents received the keys to new apartments, was built in seven months. Construction of its second stage has already begun – another 16 apartments. In 2025, a 32-apartment building was handed over across the street from this four-storey building, in which 13 rental apartments were rented. In 2027, according to the chairman of the district executive committee, will begin to build another two-access 32-apartment.
