The animated series “Wolf” was presented at the cinema “Pioneer” on October 8. Twelve short fascinating series raise questions of self-knowledge, adaptation to the world and the ability to take responsibility for actions, the correspondent of the agency "Minsk-Novosti".
According to the author of the project and film director Irina Tarasova, the film was made very quickly - in a year and eight months. Two film crews of Belarusfilm worked on its creation: each - six episodes.
I. Tarasova told reporters how the idea to make a wolf the main character came about:
- You needed a character that was curious enough to be able to teleport and have time everywhere. We thought about the toy and decided that it would be in tune with the top. The pun came out: top-toy and top-character.

The main character was voiced by Daniel Minkov. His voice says DimDimych in the animated series “Fixics”.
- With a wolf, I share a love for everything new. For example, I often traveled with my family to different countries, I loved it. I still love watching different cartoons when I’m in the car with my dad, Minkov said.

In the creation of the cartoon participated and the famous TV presenter Elena Spiridovich. She admitted she had never voiced animated films, but always wanted to try:
- My voice is spoken by Grandma Wolf. In the studio, I felt like I was in space. It’s nothing like what we do on television. The main thing I learned in the process of working on the project: I need to disconnect myself inside, forget who I am. Then things will go. It was an adventure for me!

For RTBD actress Julia Gruzhevskaya, who voiced Lisenka (a friend of Volchka), such work was also debut. And, I must say, successful: she was invited to a new project, and soon there will be another premiere.
- My hero is very quick, kind, curious. I am not so active now, but I was interested in everything as a child. I am glad that my age, 26, allows me to voice funny animals.

Before the show, the hosts invited the guys in the hall to warm up to dynamic music. Then, together with the exemplary theater of the pop song “Syabrynka”, all together performed a cheerful song about Wolf (its text was brought to the screen).

I. Tarasova introduced the audience to her team (25 people), saying that this is not all:
- Right now my co-author and director Elena Turova is presenting our animated film in Brest. And at this time there are shows in Vitebsk, Gomel, Baranovichi and other Belarusian cities. Therefore, I can say without exaggeration that our premiere is an event of the whole country. And we're very proud of that!

Twelve short, light in form, but deep in essence stories tell about the adventures of Wolf and his friends. Getting into a variety of life situations, the main character goes through an important process of self-identification and finding yourself. The plot unobtrusively teaches the young viewer responsibility for actions, raises issues of security and obedience. Through the prism of children's discoveries, the animated series helps the young viewer to understand how the world works, reveals themes of trust and deception, and also teaches to understand people.
- Children’s cinema was and will be in demand, said I. Tarasova. Every generation demands something new. We grew up on Cheburashka and Crocodile Gene. To modern children, such cartoons seem long and boring. Therefore, despite the abundance of children’s content, we still lack quality material.
