Russian President approves new judges in Karelia

Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated October 12, 2026 No. 723 “On the appointment of judges of federal courts and on representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in the qualification boards of judges of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation” carried out personnel changes in the judicial system of the Republic of Karelia.

Dmitry Gubanov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Kondopoga City Court of the Republic of Karelia for a period of six years.

In the Republic of Karelia, the following judges are approved without limitation of term of office:

– in the Petrozavodsk City Court – Anisimov Andrey Romanovich and Galkina Tatiana Vladimirovna;

– in the Prionezh District Court – Mkhitaryan Kira Valeryevna;

– in the Segezha City Court – Petrov Anton Igorevich;

— in the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Karelia – Ilchenko Natalia Nikolaevna.
