The region is accepting applications for the award of the honorary title “Man of Labor of the Vologda region”
The region is accepting applications for the award of the honorary title “Man of Labor of the Vologda region”. The award was established by the Governor in 2024 to encourage citizens who have made a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the region.
In April 2026, thirty Vologda residents received the honorary title. Among the awardees are doctors, teachers, workers of housing, culture, agro-industrial complex and industries.
Employers can put forward an initiative to award the title until November 15 inclusive. To do this, it is necessary to send the documents to the representative body of local self-government, which will then transfer them to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the region.
