Prikamets will be tried for theft from the card and repeated drunken driving

In Solikamsk completed the investigation of the criminal case against a previously convicted local resident born in 1983. The man is accused of stealing from a bank account and re-driving a vehicle in a state of intoxication by a person with a criminal record for a similar illegal act, according to the GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Perm Territory.

In June, a local resident applied to the police station with a statement about theft of funds. It turned out that the crime involved Solikamian and his friend, a criminal case in respect of which is allocated in a separate proceeding.

A resident of Solikamsk sheltered in her apartment the defendant and his friend. When the applicant received her pension, the guests took her bank card, went to the store and without her knowledge paid for purchases of 9 thousand rubles. The guests then fled but were detained by police.

In the course of further inspection, the law enforcement officers established that earlier the 43-year-old attacker also practiced drunk driving. Then his actions were stopped by traffic police officers. The examination revealed 1.60 mg / l of absolute ethyl alcohol in the air exhaled by the man. Also Solikamsk already brought to criminal responsibility for driving a vehicle in a state of intoxication by a person subjected to administrative punishment or having a criminal record. Then the court appointed him 1 year 3 months of imprisonment and deprived him of the right to engage in activities related to driving vehicles for 2 years 11 months.

The investigation of these criminal cases was combined into one proceeding. The attacker was taken into custody.

The criminal case has now been referred to court.
