The changes are recorded in the resolution of the Government of the Leningrad Region. The benefit is available to socially oriented non-profit organizations that maintain animal shelters. And the savings can be used for food and medicines, sterilization, arrangement of enclosures and infrastructure development.
"We see that such organizations need support, and we try to create conditions for their sustainable work," said the head of the regional committee on state property management Marine Tonoyan.
