Travel agencies actively advertise New Year's travel with discounts, but early booking does not always save money. Attractive offers may hide stringent contract terms, additional fees, and money-back restrictions. According to the expert, promotions often become a marketing tool that deprives the buyer of the opportunity to compare other offers. The real benefit for Tulyaks appears only when the tour operator buys cheap seats on regular flights in advance.

That is why residents of the Tula region should carefully study the contracts: the reduced cost of the ticket can be compensated by mandatory insurance, commissions of intermediaries and hotel fees. When calculating in currency, the total amount in rubles can also increase due to changes in the exchange rate.

It is especially dangerous to cancel paid holidays. If the contract provides for a hundred percent fine, it can be extremely difficult to return money without travel insurance.
